Shipping

  • Orders within the continental United States typically arrive within 4–7 business days.

  • International orders typically arrive within 12–21 business days from the shipment date.

Address Errors

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and your order must be reshipped, an additional shipping and handling charge equal to the original shipping cost will apply.

Subscription & Promotional Terms

Some products are offered as a one-time purchase or as part of a subscription program. All subscription details, including pricing, billing frequency, and shipment schedule, are clearly disclosed on the product page prior to checkout.

Subscription Authorization

By completing checkout for a subscription product, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method for recurring shipments according to the subscription option you selected on the product page.

Managing or Canceling a Subscription

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date.

  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted before the order enters processing.

  • Once a subscription order enters processing, it cannot be canceled for that billing cycle.

  • There is no minimum subscription term unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested and physically received within 60 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Opened or used items are refundable, within 60 days of purchase.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • A $5.00 restocking fee per unopened item applies (no restocking fee for items priced under $10).

Promotional Offers

If your order included a promotional offer such as “Buy Three, Get Two Free” or similar promotions, all items from the promotion must be returned to receive a refund. Partial returns will result in forfeiture of the free item(s), and refunds will be issued based on the discounted per-item price.


Return Authorization (RMA) Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) online and include your original order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, you will receive your RMA number via email.

  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

  4. Ship the product back at your own expense.

⚠️ We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returns sent without an RMA number or without the original order number included will not be refunded.

We must physically receive your return within 60 days of the original purchase date. Returns that do not comply with this policy may be rejected at our discretion.


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after receipt of the return.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

  • One-time orders and subscription orders cannot be canceled once they enter processing.

  • Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
